Enquiry privacy information

How OCS handles project enquiries and newsletter requests.

Information in your enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and project description. The newsletter form asks for your email address and consent. Please do not include passwords or access credentials.

What happens when you send it

Enquiries are stored in the OpenCart database so OCS can respond. Newsletter requests are stored with their language, consent version and confirmation status. On DEV, these forms save test records without sending email. Outside DEV, the configured OpenCart mail service sends enquiry notifications and newsletter confirmation links.

Spam protection

These forms use the CAPTCHA configured in OpenCart. Its verification service processes the information needed to check a submission. OpenCart also uses session cookies for form security and language selection.

Questions about your information

Email info@opencartspecialist.com to ask about your information, request deletion or unsubscribe from the newsletter.
