- OpenCart 2.3 and newer. PHP 8.2 or newer is required. Requires a Channable account and order API access for the intended channels. Confirm your OpenCart build and the channel workflow before deployment. Share your exact OpenCart release, theme and extensions so OCS can check the appropriate build and any conflicts.
- Installation
- Install using OCMOD, configure Company ID, Project ID and API token, then map statuses, shipping and tax rules. Configure the cron task and test imports and updates.
- Delivery
- Digital module delivery arranged with OCS. Confirm the delivery method, configuration scope and schedule before purchase.
- Support
- Contact OCS with your order number, store version and a clear description of the issue. Confirm the included support scope, duration and response arrangements before ordering.
- Licence & updates
- Confirm the permitted number of stores, licence conditions and update entitlement with OCS before purchase. Third-party service subscriptions and licences must be checked separately.
