- OpenCart 2.3 and newer. PHP 8.2 or newer is required. Requires a Reloadify account. Confirm the available API access, store-data mapping and the appropriate integration build before ordering. Share your exact OpenCart release, theme and extensions so OCS can check the appropriate build and any conflicts.
- Installation
- Connect the store and provider account, configure the intended data synchronisation and test consent, contacts and order data before activating campaigns.
- Delivery
- Integration delivery and setup are arranged with OCS. Confirm the handover method and schedule; a provider subscription is separate from this store integration.
- Support
- Contact OCS with your order number, store version and a clear description of the issue. Confirm the included support scope, duration and response arrangements before ordering.
- Licence & updates
- Confirm the permitted number of stores, licence conditions and update entitlement with OCS before purchase. Third-party service subscriptions and licences must be checked separately.
